When you start your journey, Jovani will help you learn the basics. He will lend you a Dynamon to get familiar with the fighting mechanics, and then allow you to pick a starting Dynamon of your own. In the beginning, your monsters will only know basic attacks, but as you train them and level them up, you will unlock new moves! Leveling up your Dynamons will increase their stats and reward you with different boosters. In each level on the map, you will encounter different monsters. Use the attack cards at the bottom of the screen to pick an attack. Once you damage the monsters enough, you can try to capture them. If your Dynamon gets defeated, you can pick another one to continue to fight. To have a powerful team, you should have Dynamons of all elements. Each element has resistances and weaknesses. Go and explore the world and try your best to become the most talented Captain in Tall Pines! Enjoy!
