Solitaire, also known as Klondike or Patience, is designed for single-player play. It is originated toward the end of the 18th century and unlike the other competitive card games, Solitaire is less of a battle and more of a puzzle. The purpose of the game is to sort cards into sequences based on their suits and rank and move cards around to do this. Eventually, the initially shuffled deck will be sorted into cards in the order of K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, A, with no mixed suits, from high to low. The deck will be sorted neatly at the end of a game of solitaire. This seems easy but can be incredibly challenging. You can also change the difficulty level before you start: in 1 draw, most games are winnable, and in 3 draws is a more difficult challenge. The foundations are the 4 main piles where a suit will be built up. Each foundation should be of a certain suit: hearts, diamonds, spades, and clubs. Once a sequence is completed, it will be removed from the play. Each foundation begins with an Ace and builds towards a King. If you fully understand the game, we can now jump in! Have fun!
